Blanket Licenses
Blanket licenses are available in single and multi-year terms. A blanket license permits unlimited use of the songs on the compact discs licensed during the term for synchronization purposes. CueHits offers a variety of plans to select from.
Per Use License
You may license music from CueHits on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis. It allows you to choose music from the library and then report and pay for each use on a per-production basis. The Per-Use License Fee is a one-time charge per production.
Reporting Music Usage
Everyone needs to report music usage to CueHits at least once per quarter if you're a Blanket License customer and each time you use a music if you're a Per-Use customer so that a license and invoice can be issued. Licensing of CueHits music is completed upon receipt of the signed license and payment of the appropriate licensing fee.
Unauthorized Usage
All music on CueHits.com is protected by U.S. Copyright laws and any unauthorized usage will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
