Mr. Cohen, a graduate of Berklee College of Music, in Composition, has produced, engineered and/or played guitar on countless records, jingles and film/video scores. His songs and compositions have won numerous awards including Billboard, ASCAP and The World Peace Organization. His expertise in music arranging and production have been invaluable in adapting to the all the latest styles. His compositions are featured in Ballroom Bootcamp (Theme), Law and Order, Ed, Saturday Night Live, Chris Issak Show, Inside The N.B.A., In the Mix, MTV, E Entertainment! and the NFL Superbowl.His scores have premiered at The Museum of Modern Art and The Whitney Museum in NYC. He has played in more than a two dozen Broadway shows including A Chorus Line, Annie Get Your Gun, Blood Brothers, Evita, Fame, Fosse, Grease, Lion King, Ragtime, Rent, Sugar Babies, and Sweet Charity. He has toured with Rock 'n Roll Legends, Bo Diddley and Ronnie Spector. As a performer, "ALOID" has received critical acclaim, and has been featured in many UFO oriented concerts and TV shows. His prophetic lyrics have been quoted in OMNI Magazine, NY Times and The Post. Mr. Cohen is currently teaching Digital Recording and Production at Ramapo College in NJ.

Eve Adams, spent her primary education in Toronto, Canada and immigrated to the US in 1979 to pursue her love of music as a musician, singer/songwriter. She obtained her music degree from Hunter Collage with many certificates from various other music institutions including the Singers Forum, Brooklyn Academy of Music and studied voice and flute with several top educators in the country and industry earning her a strong reputation as a powerful artist of her day. Early in her career her second single "Give In To Me" went to #4 on England's Dance Charts. Eve has over twenty years as a corporate executive with emphases on management and marketing. Eve has long been a champion and advocate of indi music not homogenized by the majors and prides herself on hand/ear picking each of the acts currently signed to ACM Records her label/publishing company founded by her husband and partner Al Cohen some 20 years ago. As one of the Presidents Eve began ACM Records from the legendary Chelsea Hotel where she co-produced and worked with many independent NYC artists as well as a long list of hip hop legends including Mantronix, Just Ice, Big Daddy Kane, and Mele Mel to name a few. She has been a guest panelist for several workshops and round table discussions as well as conferences including recently "Mic Wreck". Her extensive knowledge of music business and management allow her to supervise all aspects of ACM as an administrator, account executive, production, management, promotion and publicity. As Music Coordinator/ Supervisor and Soundtrack Producer Eve is responsible for placing ACM's songs in TV and Film. A recent placement was the title "Ain't No Remedy" on Sanctuary Records "Earth, Wind and Fire's" Japanese release 'Live in Rio'. An award winning singer/songwriter, her own compositions are heard in many TV shows and films including E! Entertainment, MTV and Miramax Release 'Paid In Full'. Recently she co-penned TLC's 'Ballroom Bootcamp' theme currently running on Friday nights. As Music/Business Consultant she helps many of ACM artists and clients navigate through the maze of the music industry.
